We are looking for a new roaster in our roastery in Amsterdam. As roaster you are always looking for the most beautiful gems of the moment. You are responsible for the selection and supply. You ensure the ideal roast profile and monitor quality. You also take care of the cuppings and stock management. The roaster is your paradise, so feel at home and contribute to het knapste bakkie pleur.
‍We think you are a perfect match if: you enjoy working in a young, fast-growing company. You can switch quickly and are able to build new structures. We are always developing, so there is no fixed pattern yet. If you are also motivated and curious, we would like to give you the opportunity to run the show at the roastery!

Specifications:

• Full-time/part-time
• Competitive salary
• In possession of a driver's license
• Knowledge of Artisan
• Knowledge of HACCP and BHV is a plus
